Lightscape Explorers

Gowrie Victoria partnered with Global Play Lab to host an event at the centre as part of Museums Victoria’s annual Playbound! Festival 2025. On 16 July, Gowrie at the Harbour opened its doors to the community with an exciting experimental hands-on discovery lab called Lightscape Explorers. Global Play Lab produced evidence-informed resources on the impact of loose parts and light play and helped to embed children’s voices in the event.
